What is your returns policy?
Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and pre-loved, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
We provide detailed measurements, condition notes, and clear imagery to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
If an item is significantly not as described or has a major fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the matter promptly.

Are your items new or pre-loved?
Most garments at Love Bubble Co. are vintage or pre-loved. As such, they may show natural signs of age including fading, fabric softening, minor wear, or print distressing consistent with their era.
Any notable imperfections are clearly outlined in the product description and photographed where relevant.
What does “vintage” mean?
At Love Bubble Co., the term “vintage” generally refers to garments from past eras that are no longer in current production.
Industry standards commonly reference vintage as approximately 20 years or older, though interpretations may vary within collecting communities.
Our use of the term reflects industry practice, stylistic era, and historical context rather than a strictly fixed or legally defined date threshold.
How do I know what size to order?
Where available, we provide garment measurements (such as pit-to-pit and other relevant dimensions) within the product description.
Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing, so we recommend comparing listed measurements with a similar garment you already own.
If a listing does not include measurements or you’re unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing — we’re always happy to assist.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free Australian shipping on orders over $150.
For orders under $150, affordable shipping rates apply at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Most Australian deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on destination.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we always prioritise prompt handling of every order.
Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed promptly to ensure efficient dispatch.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Approval is at our discretion prior to dispatch.
Do you authenticate designer items?
Where applicable, items are assessed using label details, construction methods, era indicators, and industry knowledge developed through years of experience.
Descriptions are written carefully and responsibly. If you have specific questions prior to purchase, we’re always happy to assist.
In the rare event an item is found to be significantly not as described, we will work with you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Will colours look exactly the same in person?
We photograph items as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
Do you restock items?
Most pieces are one-of-a-kind and unlikely to be restocked once sold.
