At Love Bubble Co., we specialise in carefully curated vintage and designer garments. As most pieces are one-of-a-kind and pre-loved, we encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements, and imagery carefully before completing a purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from such failure.
If you believe an item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can assess the matter promptly.
Change of Mind
Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Accidental purchases
• Personal preference, styling expectations, or subjective opinions formed after purchase
We provide detailed measurements, condition notes, and photographs to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to ensure efficient dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Where a cancellation request is received prior to dispatch, approval is at our sole discretion.
Vintage & Pre-Loved Condition
Vintage garments may show natural signs of age, fading, minor wear, fabric softening, print distressing, or other character consistent with their era.
These features are considered part of the garment’s history and are not classified as faults.
Era & Dating Estimates
Where an era (e.g., 1980s, 1990s) or approximate date is referenced, this reflects our informed estimate based on label style, construction techniques, print methods, and historical context.
Minor differences in dating interpretation or collector opinion do not constitute a fault, misrepresentation, or grounds for return.
Use of the Term “Vintage”
At Love Bubble Co., the term “vintage” is used to describe garments that are generally considered to be from past eras and are no longer in current production.
While many industry standards commonly reference vintage as approximately 20 years or older, interpretations may vary within collecting communities.
Our use of the term reflects industry practice, stylistic era, and historical context rather than a strictly fixed or legally defined date threshold.
Differences in interpretation of terminology do not constitute misrepresentation or grounds for return.
Designer & Premium Items
Designer and higher-value pieces are final sale unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Please ensure you are confident in your purchase prior to checkout.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault or major issue under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs will be covered by Love Bubble Co.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
